Our Services
On Demand Diggers & Demolitions delivers five divisions of work across the Gold Coast and beyond: demolition, hazardous material removal and remediation, civil and excavation, marine works, and machinery hire. Every division is run by our own operators on our own plant, so scopes that usually need three contractors stay with one accountable crew.
Industrial Demolition
We strip and demolish factories, warehouses, plant rooms and processing facilities with excavators and hydraulic attachments sized to the structure. Every job is planned around live services, neighbouring tenancies and material recovery.
High-Reach Demolition
Multi-storey buildings are taken down floor by floor with long-reach excavators and hydraulic attachments rather than explosives. Controlled, monitored and suited to tight coastal streets with neighbours close by.
Residential Demolition
Houses, units, sheds, pools and driveways removed and the block left graded and ready for your builder. We work around neighbours, fences, trees and services you want kept.
Asbestos Removal
Bonded asbestos sheeting, eaves, fencing and roofing removed under QLD Asbestos Removal Licence 2313626. Sealed, wrapped, tracked and disposed of at a licensed facility with documentation supplied.
Contaminated Site Remediation
Contaminated soil and material excavated, classified, loaded and disposed of at licensed facilities. We work to the consultant's remediation plan and validate the site so it can be signed off.
Bulk Excavation
Basements, building pads, dams and large cut-and-fill earthworks moved efficiently with 30-tonne excavators and our own tipper fleet. Set out to survey levels and compacted to specification.
Detailed Excavation
Footings, service trenches, pool digs and tight-access work handled with micro machines and small excavators. Precision digging close to structures, services and boundaries without damage.
Piling Platforms
Engineered working platforms built so piling rigs can operate safely on soft or filled ground. Imported material, placed and compacted to the specified bearing capacity, then removed on completion.
Civil Works
Roadworks, drainage, hardstands, car parks, retaining and site preparation delivered with our own plant and operators. Civil scopes that dovetail straight into demolition and excavation programs.
Marine Construction
Seawalls, revetments, boat ramps, pontoons and jetty works built from our 12-metre barge. Waterfront construction on Gold Coast canals, rivers and broadwater frontages.
Marine Demolition
Failed seawalls, old jetties, pontoons, pylons and ramps removed from the water and disposed of on land. Barge-mounted excavators reach structures no land-based machine can.
Marine Asbestos Removal
Asbestos removed from vessels, wharf structures, boat sheds and waterfront buildings under licence, with containment designed for working over water and full disposal documentation.
Marine Infrastructure
Pontoon and jetty installation, pile driving, bank stabilisation and dredging support for marinas, councils and waterfront developments across South East Queensland.
Marine Salvage
Sunken and abandoned vessels, debris and collapsed structures recovered from Gold Coast waterways, lifted onto the barge, dewatered and disposed of correctly on land.
Excavator Hire
Micro machines through to 30-tonne excavators available wet or dry, with buckets, breakers, augers and grabs. Delivered to Gold Coast sites with an operator who knows the machine.
Bobcat Hire
Skid steers for site clean-ups, levelling, trenching, post holes and material handling in tight spaces. Hired wet or dry with buckets, forks, augers and levelling attachments.
Truck & Trailer Hire
Tipper trucks and float trailers for spoil removal, material delivery and plant transport. Hired with a driver so haulage keeps pace with whatever the excavator is loading.
Barge Hire
A 12-metre barge available for waterfront access, material transport and plant support on Gold Coast waterways — the platform our own marine crews work from every week.
